In this book, we meet Lance Becker, an ex Chicago Cop and now a Cyber Security Expert and owner of a data repository in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. In Heads I Win, Becker is tasked to find the source and reasons behind a virus that is attacking industrial control systems, along with several other sensitive enterprises. Becker's investigation takes us from the Colorado Rockies to Hong Kong, to Europe, Western Africa, and on to the Greek islands in the Aegean Sea, where he meets up with a group called Anagennisi, which is led by a genius who may or may not have the world's best interest at heart. MARTIN PALMER is originally from Chicago and has settled in Colorado. An Army Veteran, having deployed to Central America and the Middle East, Palmer has worked as a database manager, technical systems analyst, and systems administrator. He is married and has four children and six grandchildren. When he is not writing, he enjoys motorcycling, target shooting, and photography.
