In 2011, my father passed away, and left me with boxes of photos.  Included in these were negatives of photos taken during the early 1900s in China, Iowa, and Germany, when my maternal grandparents were there performing missionary duties.   Since then, I've been working to digitize the hundreds of negatives that I found.  Restoration of the photos was necessary, as many of them are over 100 years old!
